It shouldn't be in there but this cute baby has decided to make the best of an odd situation by trying to eat his way out of a watermelon.

The unidentified child was captured on video sitting inside the huge hollowed-out fruit in the latest YouTube sensation.

The fun 35-second clip shows the docile youngster occasionally looking up at the camera before bobbing back into his original position.

More than 210,000 people have watched the black-haired baby licking and attempting to chew on the inside of the massive watermelon which is perched on a chair.
