Technicaly you should possess only one I-94. So when USCIS asks for a copy you should submit only the latest. If you submit extra copies you will create more confusion why you possess more than one I-94. My advice just send them the one that is valid and latest. USCIS can determine you live in this country legally from your records including ur passport, I-797, I-20 past EADS etc.
I-94s are submitted at the airport when you leave the country. In many cases there are no I-94s coz they have been submitted and no one thought of making copies of them before travelling out of country. I am sure I dont have all the I-94s that I ever used. I submitted them at the airport when I went out and didnt make copies.

I called them. The rep was aware of the Vonage deal and offered only $ 4 rental and 2.9 cent per min to india. So I am also thinking to move to vonage.
I just talked to them. Rep said they can not match vonage offer.... I am already paying teleblend around $16 per month. I see no reason why I should not pay $9 more to Vonage in order to get Unlimited India Calling plan. (As I also spend atlest $20 - 25 on reliance india call additonally.)

My new theory is the DOS was influenced by politicians who are attorneys (I beleive that there 50% of lawmakers) and it released a huge Visa Numbers. The politicians have strong connections to law firms. The USCIS doesn't want to do it, because it doesn't have 'resources', 'money', 'manpower. So, they are on a near strike mode, not attending routine works like sending receipts., etc in a timely fashion.

Once the CIR went down the drain, they are panicking about the outcome of their tactical error and trying to undo that move.

I'd posted a note earlier. I haven't received any updates yet. I am in contact with 4 other people who interviewed on 4th Jan and are still awaiting a reply. The kentucky number mentioned in one of the replys confirms the date on which our H1 was approved. When you call up the number, on mentioning your case #, it pulls up the date on which H1b was approved.
Could anyone who's received a email/ call please post a message to the group, indicating the wait time and date of the first interview?

Why would someone do that u ask? Please call my employer and ask him this question. The answer is - so that you are stuck with him for few more years.
I am in the same boat. My employer decided to file my case under EB3. For that, even the job position was in such a way that required only EB3. I had 7 years experience at that time. So it could have been EB2. That is fine, I am not sad about it.
My question is, since the original position had requirements that met EB3 and not EB2, how can you now justify moving to EB2 within the same company and for the same position?

I dont think it's true, I saw these rates are under international calling plan, so we are not signing up to that plan, so I would strongly believe that all cell phone calls are included to India, the same thing you can see when we click on the 60 countires list.....so find out with the tech support guys and keep update here to get the accurate answer on this...
I just spoke to customer service .they mentioned all cell calls to india are free under this WORLD plan.who ever is signing up , can proceed , can call customer service to confirm this as well to avoid any surprise charges

That's because the existing cases have not had a chance to file their I-485 and therefore are not visible in that report. Does not mean they don't exist. My case is a perfect example of that. I'm not counted in that report but I certainly exist! :-)

Btw, who told you that guys like punjabi and others overbid or bought a house that they cannot afford? Air India flying direct to India starting from feb 08, at least that's what I was told when I went through that horryifing experience in UK (see my post above)
Air India has been flying direct non stop to india from NYC area for quite some time now.......
and i was recently in seattle - driving by boeing facility (its actually right by the main freeway)- saw quite a few brand new planes with Air India and Jet signage.......so help is on the way :-)
also - am shocked that people still use travel agents - when all major airlines scream at the top of their voices that their lowest fares are online.....
i have flown non stop from NYC area at all times of the year and also have bought tickets for my parents from delhi-newark and return - all on continental.com and have never paid more than $1100 per person ...(sometimes even around 850) plus if you use the right kind of credit card online - you can recover almost 10% of the cost via rewards points.

Thanks ... normal options in USCIS asks you to call ICE.gov ... BUT ICE.gov doesn't seem to have a local office.. please let me know if anyone out there has gone this route and any update regarding what all documents we need to produce to prove our case. Since its a Billion dollar company they are bound to fight the case (hopefully). Any information regarding the same is appretiate.

It's always a good practice to take a receipt notice of any action done by your lawyer & keep that for your records.
When you apply for EAD, soon USCIS will ask you to do fingerprints(BIO-2). I think you missed that part and it might be denied or void as it was left for so long!
You can file for new EAD online at https://efiling.uscis.dhs.gov/efile/InteractionMgr?interactionmgr.interaction=SetupEfo rms×tamp=1127234762990
Create your account & you can file your self with out lawyer's assistance. It's always suggested to file EAD(I-765) & AP(I-131) jointly. You can pay by credit card.
(1) After applying online, you will receive 'Receipt notices' of EAD & AP.
(2) Now a days USCIS will set up an apointment for BIO-2 of EAD.
(3) You have to send supportive documents for Advance Parole, like photos,brief explanation of qualifying for AP...I can give you those sample formats !

You must add I-485,EAD,AP & I-140 receipt numbers like LINXXXX and you will get emails when they get approved. You can also see the changes on 'LAST UPDATED' column, which means your case is touched by an officer. But it's not the confirmation of approval until status message has changed or you got an email.
Go thru these 2 links & familiarize well. Hope your I-140 has approved. Finally these are suggestions only & I am not a lawyer. Consult an immigration lawyer if you have uncanny issues.

Restrictions on H1B is definitely not going to help retain jobs in America. More technnical jobs will be outsourced. My friend work for a TARP company and they are directed to move more technical jobs to offshore. The raid and other things what they are doing now will certainly prevent fraud.
